There were roaches everywhere barely could sleep and when i did the maintenance lady knocked at the door at 9:30 am when check out is at 11:00 am

Terrible place!! Nasty!! Cigarette burns on tub, dirty, old run down furniture. Let me look at another room and smelled like an ashtray! Got no refund. Tried to get money back and they said no refunds. The office even stunk!

The room was dirty. Mold on shower curtain. Coach was stained, windows had spiders webs of months if no cleaning. Show stomps on ceiling. Visible water damage as well. Smelled like weed and No towels on room. The ironing board was disgusting. We left the room. Did not stay there.

The room we were given had broken beds and was filthy and smelled like smoke even though I was told it was a non smoking area. I complained and they moved us rooms. However, the bathroom was dirty and moldy. The blankets on the beds were dirty and looked like they weren’t properly washed. The door of the room didn’t lock so we were not comfortable with staying. So we ended up leaving.
