The design and architectural properties are beautiful. Only negatives are the park across the street is very loud and in the rooms you hear everything. And the water pressure in shower is very very weak.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ayook! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with great variety and excellent quality. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Emanuel at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Hotel Ayook to anyone visiting Oaxaca. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you, Emanuel and the entire team, for making our visit so memorable!

We loved this hotel! While it's a bit of a walk from some of the main attractions, the location is still very convenient. Despite being on a busy street, our room was remarkably quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. The only issue we encountered was with the shower; we had to remove the shower head to get water flowing correctly. Other than that, the room was comfortable. We even get a personalized card and courtesy chocolates. The breakfast was the absolute highlight of our stay. It featured high-quality traditional dishes, different every day, and was the perfect way to start a busy day of sightseeing. We would happily stay here again and would highly revommended for those who, like us, prefer boutique hotels.

Nice hotel on the edge of town. Breakfast was very good - we had to leave early on our last day, so there wasn’t any coffee available before 7:30, but we enjoyed the breakfasts we had. Convenient grocery store across the street for snacks, water, etc. Walked up the hill to get a great view of the city and see other neighborhoods. Great restaurant nearby - Moogone!
