Una terrible experiencia, resulta que no estaba disponible mi reservación y tuve que buscar otra opción de último momento. Además de todo me pedían que yo hiciera la cancelación seguramente para que ellos no tuvieran que dar explicación a la plataforma. Pésima atención :(
