「The property was nice and clean. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle on Expedia but didn’t respond to my request via app to book the shuttle so I had to call them and they said they did not in fact have a shuttle. I’m an elderly woman travelling solo so I was really nervous to arrive at the Oaxaca airport in case taxis were unsafe, as I’ve experienced in other countries. Fortunately it was OK but I would have chosen a hotel with a shuttle and avoided the stress if I hadn’t been misinformed.」

「El agua para bañarte casi nunca estaba caliente, te dicen que tienen bebida de cortesía pero no te dan nada y cuando pregunté sólo me dijeron que era agua (garrafón) o para preparar té o café, no muestran fotos de las purgas o de recepción o de todo el hotel, las habitaciones están coladas y los baños pero literal no te dicen que solo son cuartos. Aparentemente te dicen que está muy cerca del centro pero no es tan cerca.」

「I can’t imagine a more helpful staff. I liked this place a lot - decent location within walking distance of el centro, nice rooftop breakfasts and cheap laundry service. They need to work on their maintenance- I was constantly fixing the toilet, and the rooms are located in a courtyard that can be loud with yapping visitors at night (after 10 pm even). I was surprised the front desk didn’t do more to discourage this- people with their cell phones on speaker talking excitedly and small groups...

「Emilio y Ricardo súper atentos, quedamos encantadas con sus atenciones, sus recomendaciones y lo amables que son, el lugar está súper cómodo, habitaciones limpias y muy excelente opción para quedarte en Oaxaca, te queda muy cerca todo. Si no tienes opción de qué hacer, Ricardo en todo momento te da opciones a donde asistir. Quedamos encantadas con esa estancia y sobre todo com Oaxaca」

「Está en el centro, caminando llegas a muchos lugares, tiene una vista hermosa y el servicio es buenísimo, todos súper atentos cuenta con restaurante dentro del hotel, la a habitaciones están lindas y amplias. El ambiente muy relajado y silencioso. Me encantó seguramente regresaré!」
