GREAT LOCATION!

Nice size for a small family but the decor/furniture/etc could definitely be updated. The location was FANTASTIC and we would definitely return.

Comfortable and Convenient

This condo was so great for our family. Clean, updated and everything worked. Close to the beach and great restaurants. The owner and Vacasa were also great to work with. My daughter left something behind and they reached out and shipped it to us right away!

Pleasant and relaxing stay

The location was great as there were a lot of activities within walking distance, and grocery store nearby. Storage locker for beach chairs was convenient. The balcony had a nice view and was large. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics. I would recommend it. The only inconvenience was not having the extra shower as it was broken during our stay and also the pool being closed for the last 3 days.

Awesome Week

We had a great week at this location. Check In and Check Out was a simple process and communication was great. Nice spot for a small family to enjoy. Would definitely book again. Thank You to the owners for allowing us to stay.

Excellent location with a great set-up!

This condo is in an awesome location with easy walk out beach access, close delicious restaurants, and plenty of space for your family. The kitchen is well-stocked with spacious new fridge and lots of kitchen gadgets. This is a must book year after year for us!

Prepare for the WORST and you won't be disappointed

Horrendous. Disabled master bath shower won't be repaired unit the off season. Poor communication from Vacasa on this on-going, known, issue. Wasted 3 days with no satisfaction from Vacasa only to learn later that they knew all along. Fraud. At least the listing has been updated. One day of TLC from the owners would resolve many of the minor issue. Here's a list of issues: front door very difficult to unlock, the second bedroom is a double mattress with a TRUNDLE bed below (that single mattress is cheap as is all the pillows), A/C air return extremely dusty, the drapes in the master bed room are haphazardly hung, bathrooms and kitchen "clean enough" but more could be done, the kitchen mouse bait (poison trap) is readily visible and unappetizing. The proximity to the beach is good. The location in Ocean City is good. I'd return to Braemar Towers but I would book through Century 21, New Horizon local office.

Condo Rental looked great in pictures, but one shower was broken and mgmt communication was terrible

The Rental looks great in photos and the location is perfect for families. Upon arrival to the room there were towels that were left in the bathroom that were previously used by other guests and had stains on them. (But were set out as If they were new for us) The master shower did not work the water would not turn on, but the shower head leaked and made a constant dripping noise the entire trip. I tried to contact property management/Vacasa with no one coming to actually try and fix the problem. Vacasa then stated they had spoken to my wife about offering us a 10% discount, but they had mixed us up with the family who would be staying in the unit after our departure. So they did nothing to try and fix our problem, but proactively called the next family that would be staying there to give them a heads up one of the showers wouldn’t work and offer them a discount instead. I wasted a lot of time when I was supposed to be on vacation on the phone trying to get this sorted out. The manager (Scott) at the Vacasa office said he was going to call me personally to sort all of this out because a 10% discount doesn’t seem enough, but he did not call and I haven’t heard from anyone else from Vacasa/Braemar towers. I am incredibly disappointed in the entire experience.

Floors, bathrooms, dishes, washing machine dirty! Dehumidifier full of dirty, stagnant, smelly water. Shower in main BR did not work! VERY disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep. VRBO should remove this listing.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Booked this trip for 2020 and was unable to go do to Covid-19 restrictions, the owner was so accommodating and moved our reservation to this year! The condo was perfect for our large family, plenty of beds, bathrooms, living space was great! The kitchen was perfect if you need to cook! Balcony does overlook the parking lot but if you look to the left, you have a beautiful view of the ocean! Literally 2 floors from the pool and steps always from the beach! Propert management as easily accessible and vacasa was there for any and all questions we had. Definitely invest in the linen package, it’s well worth it! Overall great place, I’m sad that they have no availability next year or I would book it right now!

Overall nice experience. Maintenance needed

We had a nice time and the unit and bldg are well managed. The unit itself has some electrical issues. I fried two items when I plugged them in. The outlet on the patio did not work and there was black mold in the washing machine.
