It was a very cute and comfortable place! We had two adults and two teenage boys in our group, and everyone had a wonderful time! Everything about the place made our vacation absolutely relaxing! We also enjoyed how close the boardwalk, beach, and pool was! We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, fun beach rental

We enjoyed our stay at Parrot Bay. The decor was perfect for the beach and it had all of the amenities we needed. We liked the coffee machine, televisions in the bedrooms and living room, and cozy furniture. It was a short walk to the boardwalk, and the pool was a nice bonus!

Location!!

Perfect location. We were worried about parking our full sized truck in the assigned space but my husband had no issues. Space is cute but small. Our family of 3 plus a dog felt a bit cramped at times.

Location was great! Property is best for small parties. Our family of 3 with one dog felt tight at times in this little bungalow. Oven did not work, kept tripping the circuit breaker when we tried to use. We were nervous about parking our full sized truck but my husband had no problem.

House was in a good location and clean. Check in process was a bit difficult as our parking passes got messed up. Throughout the weekend two women drove by twice a day and watched our parking spaces telling us we needed to move things around and waiting/watching us until we did. Very frustrating.

Parrot 25

We really enjoyed are stay at Parrot Bay 25. The place was very clean and cozy. It is close to the boardwalk, parks, beach, fishing. It has an outside screened in area next to an open porch. It other people stay with you and they turn the air conditioner colder than you like, take a blanket for yourself. The sheets on all the beds were clean. The bedspread was very lightweight and my husband likes it cooler. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location, fantastically comfortable home

Close enough to the main action and beach of OC, but far enough to avoid the hustle. Located in an alley, so minimal foot traffic. House has 3 AC units, one in each room, to customize temps for perfect comfort. Shower was excellent and hot water for all back to back 6 people we had in our group. Hardwood/ceramic throughout, so easy to sweep up. Outside shower and garden hose helps you leave all the sand on ocean City. Black out curtains and blinds in bedrooms, giving the kids the much needed sleep in after the beach runs. Parking is best of breed, no problem parking my SUV, private, right next to house. 24 hour convenience store 250 feet away, perfect for snacks and things you forgot.
