Disappointed

After a long day at the beach my family and I were looking forward to getting into the condo to clean up and relax. We walked into the condo and it had not been cleaned. We spent the next hour on the phone with the management company and taking pictures of the place as proof so they could send in an emergency cleaning crew. Unfortunately no one could come clean it that evening. So we had to clean the condo ourselves.

Not really impressed

Unfortunately not really impressed with this stay. No washer or dryer, the showers are so tiny that me at 180 couldn’t even turn around. Carpets and furniture are rather old. Fire alarm went off twice for no reason. It’s OK I guess, but definitely would not stay in that place or area again. Felt like I was in a retirement community.

Unclean and outdated

I make this review because I find reviews useful in selecting a property. While we enjoyed the location of this property in quiet north ocean city (easy parking, nice pool, quiet neighborhood) I would not recommend staying at this property. The property is in significant need of updating all around. Most importantly though, the property was just not clean. To start, some new pillows and a new shower curtain liner (gross) as well as an upgrade to the basic plastic chairs on the balcony would also be nice. We actually left a night early because I could not do another shower trying my hardest not to graze the gross shower curtain liner. The bathroom itself was also in need of a good cleaning. There were candy wrappers and old candy on the top bunk of the bunk beds (I snapped a photo of this). Speaking of- there were bunk beds in the second bedroom- not pictured. We have stayed at properties in this price range that we’re much nicer.

Great family vacation

Our family of 5 which included two small children, thoroughly enjoyed our first time stay at this location. Plenty of space. Everything listed online was an accurate description of the condo. It had been cleaned before we arrived and the kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed to cook during the week. The location is in a very nice quiet community and is great for families. We loved having access to the pool. Highly recommended.

Nice comfortable condo in a great location

This is a really nice place in a super location. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking meals at home was always an option. Short distance to the beach and great restaurants, and the pool was a plus! Only negative feedback is on the bathrooms, both of which could use a major upgrade. The shower in the master bedroom is teeny (feels like a cruise ship shower) and all the fixtures are loose and poor quality.

Family trip

Our stay was good. It didn’t appear to be cleaned before we checked in so we deep cleaned on our own upon arrival. The linen package left from the family before us was still in the unit. Kind of gross/off putting. The dishwasher soap pod door was broken so we hand washed our dishes all week (the dishwasher had been previously loaded and left full of dishes). One of the screen doors was off the tracks. Other than those issues, the location was nice and quiet. Great pool.
