Fantastic home

Our stay was fantastic. The house and property was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the pool was dirty. We would have cleaned it ourselves but the skimmer was broken. We still swam.

Amazing experience

House is beautiful and very clean. Short walk to the beach with public access straight down the road. We loved that this house provided more privacy than other houses on the island due to its location. Brunswick Vacation Rentals is top notch. Super friendly and always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. They were extremely accommodating and even let us do a last minute early check in that was such a blessing after a long night of travel with a one year old. We loved their hospitality so much that we are already planning our stay with them next year.

2023 Summer

We had a great time here. The property is located with a beautiful view of the inter coastal water way!!! It was a very quite street without a lot of traffic and easy access to the beach!!! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Nice house but poor communication with host

The house was nice and clean and accommodated my friends and I for a long weekend. Our problem was that I booked the home months in advance and was coming from overseas. There is information on the listing about a 245 linen fee for certain months, in which the month we stayed the fee applied to. That information was not displayed on the app after booking. The host reached out to us the day before our stay and asked if we wanted the linens. That is a very expensive fee for linens and towels, and because we did not see that information on the app we were surprised by this. We ended up agreeing to pay for the linens and towels in which they were left in a trash bag outside of the house and we had to make the beds ourselves. Although the house was very nice and we enjoyed staying there, the overall communication and hospitality of the host could use improvement.
