"We enjoyed our stay, the staff is kind and inviting. Although over the years they have made tremendous improvement overall to the property and rooms, they need to attend to the details. I suggest the room service staff be trained in housekeeping/hospitality cleaning. Again it's the details that matter and will bring this hotel to the next level. "

"Charming beach cottage. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, bedding for sleeper sofas and upper bunk bed, and an abundance of towels. Outside areas furnished and appropriated nicely. Easy access to the beach. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first night after arrival, texted a question to 7Sisters via their prompted text string. "missing a TV remote, and a Fan Light/speed remote not working". Received a return text msg saying the team would respond in the morning. Never another response. Was unable to use fan in bedroom during warm nights, as the light remained on. After the stay, emailed 7Sisters via their advertised email address about this and other concerns: Ants in kitchen, front door frame damaged and poorly repaired (dead bolt barely engaged) and a few other things. Never have received a reply. Have stayed here for many years; may need to start going elsewhere."

"Only issue was a slight delay in reviewing and approving my request for staying an additional day. I had almost had removed all of my times and loaded into my truck before I received the approval. They were very nice and apologetic for the delay, and noted it was a system issue. Otherwise, everything was great."
