Parking at this facility was easy and safe. Breakfast was exactly what you expect at a continental breakfast generous servings with a variety of other things to pick from the staff was friendly. The grounds were clean and well manicured made it feel like you’re in a resort. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

This hotel was a fantastic place for our family to gather. Great view of the ocean, wonderful lawn area for kids to play with games available, so fun to sit at one of the many fire pits and have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Parking is free, staff is great and the rooms are very comfortable. We had an ocean view King with patio which was perfect for just walking right out to the pool and grass area and ocean.

We chose to stay here over a couple less expensive but comparable highly rated hotels along the same street because it was supposed to be a “resort” versus just a hotel. The pool area is way too small for the size of the hotel and the amenities like towels are not restocked throughout the day, leaving the cabinets empty by the afternoon. The free breakfast is really not good. Reminds me of a school breakfast or something government funded. There’s not enough seating for guests, including the fire pits. The biggest problem we encountered was the loudest HVAC ever! Not talking about our rooms HVAC, but the neighbors. Whenever it would go on I could feel the vibration it was so loud. This made for disturbing sleep and not pleasant time in the room. The bathroom shower head/sink faucet was rusty and the caulking needed replacing. Our room was on the 4th floor of the south tower and we could also hear housekeeping banging and possibly the washing machines and dryers were on top of us? It was just too loud! All in all not worth the extra money spent to stay there.

Stayed with family for Spring Break. Room with “partial ocean view” was disappointing. View was of a cement wall. Had to move outdoor furniture around to get the “partial ocean view”. TV for evening down time was inconsistent. Coffee maker was not good. Ran hot water through coffee maker before using it and saw mold. Which made use consider all other areas of the room and its cleanliness. Breakfast was average.
Good location. Good cookies for kids in late afternoon. If we made a trip to Pismo again would stay here only if we’re able to book a full ocean view room and Brought our own coffee maker.

Our ocean view room with king size bed was clean and comfy. Slept with the slider opened one night to listen to the ocean. Next night with the AC on and slider closed. Nice to have both options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment met our needs. Pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas were clean. Staircase to beach and walking distance to pier made it a great first Pismo Beach visit for us.

The good, the views at this property are simply spectacular!!! Especially at night with the sunset. Aside from that it appears that this property might be a timeshare scenario as the property management was very vague in terms of offering any sort of information with regards to housekeeping. You have to request a day prior according to one of the housekeeping staff members we asked why our room had not been cleaned. Another thing is the water tends to flow very slowly and at times totally goes out when flushing the toilet. The staff is somewhat more attentive towards other guests and that I refer to the timeshare clientele. Other than that the breakfast is good nothing fancy free and to the point. The property is a short 15 minute walk to the pier at pismo. And within driving distance to other attractions.
