A great condo for a great price

My mom and I enjoyed a short stay at this beautiful condo. A lot of cool stuff within walking distance, updated condo with beautiful features, great condo complex. Beautiful beach with easy access, well maintained pool/spa and the landscaping at the complex is truly impressive. Everything you could need was included with the condo. Already trying to figure out how to come back. I recommend!

Perfect family vacation spot

I stayed here for a week with my husband, two kids (6 and 12) and my mom. We always stay at a rental on vacation and this condo was my favorite yet. The property grounds were like being at a resort with way less people. The staff was very friendly and the condo itself felt like home. It was clean, well stocked and had beautiful balcony views. The grounds had a stunning pool and hot tub and was just a short walk to the beach and not far from the pier and town. The location was only 30-45 minutes from the major San Diego attractions and close restaurants to walk to over the bridge. If we come back to Oceanside I would stay here in a heartbeat.

Nice condo in Oceanside

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo and property.We stayed one week and used the pool and jacuzzi. The views from the decks were very nice. The property was well maintained and quiet. We hope to visit again.

What an amazing place!

This condo was excellent! The location was great, the beach, food across the bridge, rentals near by. There were little snacks for us when we came, along with waters in the fridge. Very clean and quite accommodating. I will definitely be back! Thank you

Unfair

The property was fine but I will never stay at another property managed by On The Sand. Days after our stay they decided they needed to charge us for a broken drawer which was like that when we got there. It is unfair to charge me for repairs for something that was broken before we got there. They also were wanting to charge me for a steam towel that has mustard on it. We stay a lot in VRBO rentals and I have never dealt with a management company that was so Shrewd

RELAXING AND BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

Sunsets were amazing! The complex grounds were so beautiful & peaceful. Everything was wonderful! Falling asleep to the ocean sounds was a dream! The unit had everything we needed & much more. Check in & check out were a breeze. Can't wait to come back again.

Family vacation

Property was undergoing improvements so every week day there was an annoying drilling of brick they were laying for sidewalk right outside of our condo. The view to ocean was nice. The condo was well stocked with amenities, kitchen utencils etc. The check-in and check out process was so easy! Overall good place to stay!

Great Staycation!

Gorgeous view! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked! Loved having 2 balconies to enjoy. Comfortable beds. The grounds on the property are really well kept and beautiful. Just a short walk to restaurants. Only suggestion...replace one one of your lounge chairs that is severely ripped (owner may not be aware). Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

A great time on the beach

On the sand was great to work with and was very responsive. A sink wasn't draining and they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. The mattress on the upstairs bed should be replaced though. It was uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was great and the condo was terrific and very well stocked.

Idealer Aufenthalt für Strand und surfen

Lage mit Blick auf den Strand und den Hafen. Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool und Hot Tub sehr groß, die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt und unter der Woche angenehm ruhig. Am Wochenende sehr quirlig.

Beautiful Stay

The rental property was very nice. Everything you need is there, including kitchen supplies, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler. The company is very responsive with an onsite manager who handles any issues that may arise. We had a wonderful time. The grounds on this site are absolutely beautiful with lush landscaping and the beach just feet away! We would definitely stay again!

Surf vacation

Comfortable and a Great Location!

If you like walking on the beach, this is the place for you. The condo is located between the pier and the harbour, giving many options to walk, eat and enjoy the outdoors. The condo grounds are beautiful, especially at Christmas as there is a fantastic display of lights. The inside of the condo was good. There were two comfy recliners and the beds and decor were nice. It was stocked with most everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

This condo has a beautiful view of the bay and the ocean. It’s been updated and looks beautiful on the inside as well. Our family of 6, two adults and 4 teenagers slept comfortably and had adequate space. Thank you for the privilege of staying in such a beautiful place!

Had a great time but VERY disappointed with the condo. Loved the view and the top deck. Thats it!

The furnishings were Target build yourself with handles on draws missing in bedroom. Shower door in master bath needs good cleaning. The rugs were dirty and musty smelling and we needed to keep windows open. The kitchen utensils were greasy and needed to be washed before using. No BBQ tools, No large platter for food. The trays that were are top of refrigerator were dirty. Bathroom sink slow draining. the dishwasher which we used only twice leaked from underneath and is so old really needs replacing. the couch was in bad shape if you sat on it long enough you would fall off as the cushions don't fit well. we loved the top deck and if repairs and updates were done we would rent again next season. However I will be looking for a more updated unit like this in the future. The rugs are so musty that my asthma acted up.
