Everything is amazing. Amazing location! However, there’s a bad odor coming from the couch, and maybe a little bit more of kitchen utensils would up the level to great!

Tropical Paradise

Another great visit to northcoast

We enjoyed are stay a lot here. The unit is in a good quiet location within the resort. Some small details could be nicer for the final touches on the unit, but overall we were very happy with our stay. It was clean when we arrrived.

Walking distance to restaurants and could not be any closer to beach access. Unit did not have AC, but so close to the beach one can just open the windows and slider. Unit does provide large fans and ceiling fan is located in the bedroom.

Great location and amenities

The pool and hot tub were amazing. Also, loved being right near the beach and the beach was not overcrowded. Would absolutely stay here again. Great for families-9 and 5 y/o boys loved for the pool. Similar rentals in the past had beach toys/supplies in unit. Would have been nice to have these items available.

August 2022 Stay

My husband and I had a lovely time here this past week. Condo was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to the beach. We love the location and could walk to many places/restaurants along the strand and harbor. We recommend the Seafood market at the harbor, if you don’t mind cooking, and the farmers market by the pier on Thursdays. Lots of goodies and food there. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful steps to the beach/ocean

We absolutely loved this rental- Reading complaints about moisture smell is strange, You are right in front of the ocean and of course there will be moisture! It was very clean, the owners are wonderful and provided all beach supplies, kitchen supplies. We do feel couch should be reupholstered or replaced- It is worn as mentioned by others - Otherwise, we will definitely return!! Thank you - God bless!

Peaceful get-a-way

Upon arrival everything was just like the pictures. I enjoyed that there was hand sanitizer and general cleaning items present for me to use at my discretion. North Coast Village is a lovely community and is in a great location (walking distance to most anything).

Vacay with grands

Great location beach and heated pool. Great place to stay as a family. Loved secured parking and the whole complex. We enjoyed walking to Harbor and watching sea lions!! And a great walk to pier and donuts! Highly recommend for families ! The pull out couch was comfortable and spacious left open whole time. Table plenty of room for games and kids loved eating at the breakfast bar! Highly recommend this unit. Master bedroom was also specious and comfortable. We never heard any noise!!
