Nestled in an exclusive gated community as featured in Architectural Digest, St. Malo 65 offers a seaside living experience within a fairytale-like community, built in French Normandy style. Access community amenities like tennis courts, pickleball, volleyball and more, with home amenities such as bikes, ping-pong, BBQ, and ocean view patio. The home is situated on and enchanting lake with lush grass yard and and features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths - each room with its own private entrance.

➤ Is the area safe and good for families?
Totally. It’s also great for kids. Our house is in a private, gated community with a full-time guard. The roads are paved, there’s little traffic, and it’s full of friendly families and people living life to the fullest!
➤ Is it good for remote workers?
We have high-speed internet in every room and there's a ton of quiet areas to get work done should you need to while here on vacation.
➤ Anything else I should know?
While the house has heating, it doesn’t have AC, as the ocean breeze and mild Southern California weather keep things comfortable, with fans available if you prefer extra cooling..

St. Malo 65 is a family home that my grandmother built back in the '70s, and it’s a place very dear to my heart. The energy here can’t be matched outside the gates. We’re so privileged to be able to share our family’s little slice of paradise with people like you and hope that you feel at home, create lifelong memories, and know that we’ll be here for you at all times to ensure it.
I've been in the short-term rental industry for 15+ years and am the founder of Synchronest, the largest performance agency for hosts, so if you enjoy good old fashioned hospitality, you've found the right place!

Guests will have full access to the home and community amenities subject to the Association’s published rules & regulations.

» Guests will check in with the security guard
» Absolutely no parties or unregistered guests
» Noise complaints from St. Malo homeowners may result in eviction
» All guests must be registered to enter gates
» No outside guests allowed without owner consent
» Commercial vehicles not allowed to park inside gates (ie: sprinter vans)
» No commercial photography, filming, drones allowed
