One of my favorite places in the world

Fantastic location and amenities

This unit has two balconies looking at beach and pier. Interior nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. Property has a great pool and a hot tub. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and the koi pond is a highlight.

Traveled with 4 adults + 2 kids there was plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect with easy access to 2 different beaches. Walking distance to the pier and the marina. Condo was well stocked and owner communication was great! Would love to stay again!

Our stay was over and beyond excellent. It was perfect for our weekend family get away. The weather was in the mid 60s and the kids were still able to enjoy the community pool because it was heated. The beach views from our balcony was the icing on the cake.

This unit must have the best view in the entire complex. Simply gorgeous! Every desire and detail is carefully attended to in this beautiful condo. Pool, hot tub, sauna,Koi fish pond, floral garden paths, easy beach access, sound of the waves 24 seven were all a lovely dream come true! We even walked to the marina to rent kayaks, enjoyed food, ice cream, and shopping before walking back. Only improvement I can think of would be that the complex washer dryers and fitness center machines need maintenance as many of them were not working. We had such a lovely stay. If we can afford it… We’ll definitely be back!

Love this property. It’s the second time we stayed here and would continue to come back. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The property had many great amenities to keep the grandkids entertained. Definitely a five star location that I highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

The location was perfect for watching the surfers in the morning, people watching on The Strand, and catching the beautiful sunset each night. We would highly recommend this unit, and can't wait to go back ourselves.

Beautiful short stay

Very nice! Beautiful condo. View was wonderful overlooking the strand in Oceanside. Just know there is no AC. Was toasty one day as it was hottest day in summer but there was plenty of fans. Just one day warm but then weather/condo was perfect! Harbor you can walk to. Good restaurants and whale/dolphin watching. Close to train. Beautiful pool and hot tub but overran with kids. They were having a blast though. Would definitely stay there again.

Relax in Oceanside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent three days and four nights in beautiful Oceanside. The property was a good fit for our family of five. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. It was great to be able to walk to the ocean without ever hitting the street. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the family. Two things that would improve the stay are adding more towel, racks and places to hang wet swimsuits and wet towels; and doing something different with the laundry room. I know the laundry room is not up to the rental company, but the app and laundry experiences were frustrating and expensive (I spent money on machines that did not work and will never see that money again).

Great family getaway!

We have stayed in a lot of beach front properties in Oceanside. This was our first time at North Coast Village and we absolutely loved it. So close to the beach and very family friendly. We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub in addition to the beach. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. (2 adults and 2 kids upstairs and in-laws downstairs). The master closet was huge and we put our kids on a queen size air mattress in there. The 2 porches were a plus. Nice kitchen and bathroom. 3 TVs. Everyone had room to do their own thing or hang out in the living/dining area as a family. We really had zero complaints, everything went perfectly! The beach outside of North Coast Village is big and nice and sandy (no rocks like the other end of the Strand.) We also went to Legoland which was only a 15 min drive.

Condo D 304 Review.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was lovely. Very comfortable. Here are a couple of things that we noticed. The kitchen had ample pots, pans, and dishes. No spices to cook with other than salt and pepper. No storage containers for left overs. The towels were very poor quality and very rough with the slightest sunburn. We all were bothered by the feel of the towels. There were no beach items other than beach chairs. Tried to rent boogie board and there were none in walking distance. Too expensive to purchase for a couple of days. Disappointing. Bed were comfortable and hearing to ocean was lovely. All in all we enjoyed our stay. V
