We've stayed in many units at North Coast Village and this is one of the best one-bedrooms. Well equipped, clean, sofa bed was comfortable enough for our son. We'd stay again for sure!

Perfect Location and Amenities

We absolutely loved our stay in Oceanside! We couldn't have been happier with the condo and all of the amenities that were included. The unit was very clean and well designed. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. The location was so close to the beach and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants too. We will definitely be back!

Cute and clean condo

We have been staying at NCV for ten years and stay in a different unit each time. This location has a nice ocean side view from the balcony and is very quiet and private. We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout drapes so you aren't up at dawn. We would definitely stay here again.

The grounds were peaceful with a ton of amenities. We plan on making this unit our go to when traveling to Oceanside!

The condo has upgraded kitchen, great mattress, stylish furnishings and ocean view from the deck. Make My Vacation had to give me a lesson on using 2 remotes for the TV. We would have preferred a walk-in shower. Our guest spent a night and the queen sleeper couch had a wonderful mattress.

He struggles to be packed up in the car every day to find entertainment. We didn’t even have to leave! There was plenty to do right on the property, and the beach was literally steps away. It was ano easy to take out disabled son back to the room once he needed a break. Our younger kids had such a great time walking around the beautifully manicured grounds, admiring the Koi fish, and hand feeding the ducks. The unit was clean and well stocked with linens and towels. And having a large, well maintained laundry room with plenty of machines was a nice bonus! We are definitely planning our trip back.

Loves our stay and we are coming back :). Below are details.Location: Was literally steps away from the beach. The property matched exactly as advertised and was better than we expected. We walked the strand and the harbor area. If you love beaches and also want to enjoy pool, u can’t ask for more.Condo amenities: Had everything you need. The complex has access to a fully stocked gym, heated pool, hangout area etc. Property was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and very new. The appliances were new models and worked great. U could see that the owner cares and took care of the place. Felt like our home. Only minor issue I have here is the pull-out sofa had sand on it. Not a big deal, but wanted to mention it.Overall 10/10. One feedback I would give is to extend checkout to 11 am. Currently it’s at 10 am and we had to rush in the morning to be out on time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the time we arrived we felt safe in this great gated community. We were steps from the beach and if you leave your windows open you don’t need a white noise app to be lulled to sleep by the sound of crashing waves. During our 5 days, there was quite a bit of maintenance and construction happening but crews were polite and all work ended by 3 so our evenings were free to enjoy all of the amenities. Weather was in the mid 20s celsius while there but our unit was incredibly humid. We tried everything to dry it out. All fans on, windows closed, even turned on the heat to no avail. Not sure if that is normal? It caused a smell in the building hallways where there is carpet. Being our first time to Oceanside, I am not sure if this was just an anomaly, but we found the whole community had a garbage-y smell. Driving in from LA you would hit a wall of funk about 5 miles away that ebbed and flowed throughout the day. Overall we really enjoyed our time at NCV (minus the smell).
