Great location

Our stay was nice. Condo very clean and well equipped. Close to beach, shopping, and dining. While the home is good for a family with kids we found the sleeping arrangements challenging for 6 adults with the bunk beds. Master bed was too high for my in-laws to get in and out of. 2 people ended up sleeping on couches. The beds not the most comfortable. With all that being said we still enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this condo

Perfect for families

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The property was very spacious and, if allowed, could comfortably sleep 12 people. Our kids loved having their own room and sharing the two bunk bed sets (4 beds). The large kitchen and dining table allowed us to spread out for family dinners. We were on the top floor and had 180-degree views of both the ocean and the marina. Property owners and staff were quick to respond to communications and check in/out were a breeze. We will be looking at this property first the next time we are in town!

Great Overall- heat issue

The property is great overall. The kitchen and family spaces are wonderful. The carpet in the bedroom is due to be replaced, but the cleanliness of the home is superb. We had a heat issue and froze the first night of our stay. The heating unit does not work and the property management company did not tell us about space heaters or using the mini split heat for a full 24 hours after we were there. The unit was a whopping 55 degrees inside. Really put a damper on our first day in the area. Once they let us know of alternate heat options, we were in a much better position. They really should have refunded a portion of our stay but nothing was even offered or even mentioned. Pretty disappointing.

Penthouse dream!

The penthouse at marina del mar was an absolute dream. I have been visiting this area for 30 years and have stayed in multiple units over the years. This unit, by far, was the largest and offered the most amenities. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more for a week long stay with 5 adults and a baby. We were all able to have our own privacy but also enjoy family time. The location is amazing with the harbor and beach within steps. I'll definitely be reaching out next year for another visit!

Great condo

This is a beautiful condo that is impeccably furnished, clean and super large. My husband and I stayed her with my son and several friends for a long weekend. The location was great and we loved the view into the harbor from the balcony. We would highly recommend this unit to someone looking for a beautiful condo in a great location. We appreciate the quiet hours which let us enjoy our time there without hearing others. 5 stars. We hope to stay again soon.

Oceanside condo

This condo is decorated beautifully , and all the beds and are cozy and comfy. Very spacious and perfect for a family. Super close to beach and harbor. The only downside is that the bedrooms have no AC and it was rather hot and stuffy . The main kitchen and living room have AC and are comfortable.

Wonderful place and location

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this property in Oceanside, CA. Your right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, etc. The condo is decorated beautifully and super clean. There was plenty of room for our family and we hope to return again in the future.
