This place has every thing you need and close to every place you need. Beautiful walk to beach and easy access to shops, etc. Fitness center is fantastic as well.

North coast village was a perfect place. Had all the amenities you need. Beach and pool!! Quiet at night so much to do in the area and close to the 5 for easy travel.

Loved my time at the beach!

Loved having a day bed in the bedroom for my kids to sleep on. The condo was clean, check in was easy (after hours with the security team), and we had a great time. The complex was confusing to navigate at first, but we figured it out. Wi-fi was great and there were plenty of amenities. The building did shut down water from 9am to 12pm the day we checked out, which made showers and running the dishwasher tough. Pool was heated but it was too cold and breezy in mid april to really swim.

This particular unit didn’t have the best views and was a bit darker than others we’ve stayed in. The furnishing was great though. The bed was comfortable and the side trundle bed was nice to have as well. Would have been better to have large pool/beach towels but I understand why they limited it to what they did. Oceanside is always a good place to stay. Close enough to go to Disney one day and to head down to the Midway in San Diego another.

Loved the Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The ambience, safety, and amenities of the village were exactly what we were hoping for. We very much enjoyed feeding the Koi and ducks and used the pool table and grill area. I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend with the warning that the condo itself was quite humid being so close to the water and tended to smell a bit musty. But going into it knowing that, you'll have a lovely stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is clean and updated. The one problem we encountered was that sheets on the pull-out sofa bed didn't appear to have been changed, but was remedied the following morning due to it being after hours when we realized it. Overall, a really great option for a family!

As advertised but…:

The property is as listed but I have two small issues. First, the complex is massive and finding your way around is not easy. I parked where instructed but I still had to haul by luggage up and down a few stair cases until the correct building and floor. That could probably be avoided with a more complete conversation with the check in team. The second issue I had was the property is located close to railroad tracks - which were used by the local surf rider commuter train - as well as Amtrak. That was a surprise as the trains ran early and often during commute time. Other than the above, the place was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to bars or places to eat - and the beach was directly across the street.

Quick Beach Trip

The condo was nice. It was right by the train tracks so it was loud when the windows were open. The condo had a very musty smell (bad water smell) when the shower was used. The property was nice and it served the purpose to sleep. We didn’t spend much time in the condo due to the smell.
