「Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But...

「Beds comfortable, nice hot tub, air hockey nice touch. Two kitchens and 5 bedrooms made it very comfortable for our group of 5. The refrigerators didn’t make ice and the filtered water system on the refrigerator didn’t work so I would inquire ahead of time as the property manager indicated with the osmosis water system many people bring their own water. It’s also rural so don’t be surprised when the rooster crows to wake you up in the morning. A small grocery store, Walgreens and pizza less than...

「Goodland is awesome for: -guiet peaceful neighborhood by day - evenings full of music( in season) -fresh fish from Kirk's -access to shelling and fishing trips right down the road at the boat park. -Marco Island 15 minute drive away. The house was well equipped, very clean and the golf cart was great for going to the boat park and restaurants . Hosts were quick to help with questions and a cooler. Great stay! -taking the Hemingway ferry to Keewaydin Island.」

「We had a large group of college friends stay here for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed! Plenty of beds, large outdoor space, towels/showers. Also, walking distance to Stan's on Sundays and a short drive over to Marco Island. Would stay here again!」

「The place we stayed in Naples was god. The unit is in a resort-complex that was once a high-end facility with numerous amenities. It does show it's age. The pool is exceptionally large and beautiful. The units were located a 10 minute drive from 2 national/state parks where we saw manatees and a variety of native birds. Overall, it was a good deal for the price.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful time at this location. It is excluded from the hussle of city but close enough to get supplies. Working with the owner was so easy as he responded very promptly. The house and outdoor space were exactly as the pictures. The pool was wonderful as well as being able to grill. I highly recommend this location for anyone who enjoys the Florida sunshine and wants to relax in the backyard.」

「If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!」
