「We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. 「The only thing okay about this place was the AC. The staff was super nice but we didn’t like the place in general. There were way too many bugs, frogs and ants (even on our beds). The bathtub was dirty. The photos of swimming pool of this property on the internet are years old. It is a dirty pond now. There was no shampoo or shower gel (which is fine for the price you pay) but really spooky and untidy place. Fine for emergencies or just to sleep for a night.」
