“Booked a king room and received 2 queens. When returned to the front desk about the mistake, was told they are sold out and there is nothing she could do. The bathroom reeked of mildew and the bathroom fan didn't work. I believe the hotel is used primarily for workers in the area...we had a person loudly jumping up and down for several hours the first night until 11:00pm then resumed jumping at 7:00am the next morning. The exercising continues the following evening, but did not go on for as……

“the slides are gone so it definitely can't be considered a water park. there was mud crusted on the stairs from someones muddy boots that was there all 3 days of our stay and the room smelled mildew/moldy”

“Facility was very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms are not cleaned for 3 days with guest having to remove trash to public bin in hallway and no coffee packets afyer day 1.”

“The room was clean. The pool was not open yet I was still charged a resort fee. Our "remodeled" room was done very poorly. The bathroom floor was so warped you could not close the door. Whoever installed the shower head thought it would be a good idea to have it permanently aimed at the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone”

“We enjoyed our stay but ran into a few bothersome things. We arrived over an hour after check in time & our room wasn’t ready. There was no apology, just a “give it another 10 minutes”. And when we inquired about the meeting place for a kayak tour we scheduled, front desk staff was rude. They explained the kayak tour was not connected to them even though the meeting place was at their property. They could’ve politely just pointed us in the right direction. They can deal with the kayak tour owner……

“Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus. The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area.”

“Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!”

“Extremely clean and had everything we could have asked for, amazing amenities! I would recommend an eye mask to sleep as there is a skylight and the rooms are very bright but it’s so nice during the day to have the extra sunlight.”
