The only complaint is that it's an old building and the wall on the upper floor slants in a bit to follow the contour of the roof. I bumped my head a couple of times until I adjusted to it. “What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Street side room was quiet even without rolldown shutters closed. Parking was free and ample at……

Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different……
