Fantastic stay

Perfect location close to Beppu Station. Rooms were a good size, very clean, great bathroom. The staff were wonderful.

A very nice and ordinary hotel which has everything you need for your stay. The onsen and Sauna on 3/F was nice and clean. Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. Everything in the hotel makes you feel very comfortable.

Good base in Beppu

Central location close to train station and restaurants. Room was small but reasonably comfortable. Helpful staff. Breakfast was not available in hotel on 2 of 4 nights we stayed.

初めての利用でしたが、大浴場とサウナは気持ちが良かったです。露天風呂は柵のおろし方が分からなかったので部屋から覗かれるような気がして内風呂にしました。 出張での利用でしたが、デスクが丸机しかなく広げての仕事は出来なかったです。 キャリーケースを置く台は無く、折り畳みのラックも用意していないそうです。 空気清浄機は有り、除菌・消臭スプレーもありました。 これはホテルが悪いわけではないのですが、ホテル前の一通道路に速度抑制の凸があり、そのため車が通るたびにホテルに振動が来ます。夜は車が通らないので昼間だけの現象ですね。 エレベーターは一基しかないので待たされます。 朝食は一通りあり、空いていて良かったです。 駐車場は大通り渡ったところの提携パーキング。 たまたま私は外れ部屋を引いてしまい、ドアのルームキーのセンサー故障で締め出し・部屋交換などで２時間半無駄にしました。おかげで楽しみにしていた夕食はキャンセルしました。チェックアウト時も特にこれについて何もなく・・・。残念な別府でした。

古い建物がとても上手くリノベーションされており1週間快適に過ごせました。 モーニング付きで予約していたはずが、宿泊日にモーニングの休みが1日でもあると全てモーニングなしになってしまう事を後で知りショックでした。追加で1日だけモーニング付けたが、とっても美味しかったです！また別府に来る際は予約させて頂きます！
