"The hotel location is excellent and very convenient, especially for attending the Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park. Everything was within walking distance, which made the trip much easier. However, the service experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were assigned a room on the 44th floor. When we entered the room, I noticed debris/sticky residue on the bed wall, which was unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. I reported it to the front desk and was told housekeeping would come, but we waited for 3 hours with no follow-up or communication. This wasted our time when we should have been resting. After going back down to the front desk, I spoke with the manager, who apologized and arranged a room change since housekeeping was unavailable. Although I appreciated the response, the situation could have been handled much better from the beginning. Another issue was the complimentary wine included with our reservation. The staff repeatedly mentioned it, but we only received one bottle after 3 days. Additionally, the manager promised to waive the $157 resort fee due to the inconvenience, but it was still on the bill at checkout. I had to address it again with the front desk, and it felt like they were reluctant to resolve it until I showed proof. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the service and housekeeping standards did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Traffic around the hotel during checkout was also very heavy due to the festival, which "

"Took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the front desk. We paid for early check in, but once we got into the room we noticed hair and nails in the bed. The ceiling had cracked paint. We also saw 2 cockroaches during our 2 day visit. We will not be back. "

"It’s was average cleanness’s of a room; could be a bit cleaner. The walls were dirty. The bathroom shower floor was either stained or dirty. The staff were great. Great help. Staff was amazing. Everything else was mid."

"Every night while i was trying to sleep there would be music blasting right outside my room window that was so loud to the point i had to wear headphones just to fall asleep. 6 nights of wearing AirPods to fall asleep isn’t fun. My room didn’t get cleaned for the first 3 nights of my stay despite me asking the front desk 4 times to have my room cleaned. Overall not very happy with my stay and would like to be compensated for these issues. "

"Great location near the stadium, but limited dining and amenities within walking distance. The on-site restaurant closed two hours earlier than expected, which was frustrating. Staff and bellman were excellent, but the concierge was less helpful. Parking setup was tricky with an international phone, though convenient once working. Rooms feel more like a residence (fridge, stove, pullout sofa), making it better suited for longer stays than short visit"
