Never once spoke to a person to check in or check out. Confidential information left in a mailbox for anyone to access - didnt love that. The room was a 3/10; it was clean enough to sleep and shower, but it was a clearly rushed cleaning. The beach had towels and cans all over it. You would definitely expect better for the……

“We never had a remote for our TV. The staff was going to bring us the right one but never did. We asked several times. After a long day of traveling it would have been nice to lay down and watch TV and relax. Lots of stains on the carpets and on the chair in the room. Doesn't give a feeling of cleanliness”
