"We had the place to ourselves. As a result, the service was beyond excellent. We love this place and have stayed here a handful of times. It's definitely worth the drive from Seattle. "

"Just a nice place to stay, at reasonable rates, helpful and friendly staff, and convenient parking. Not at all fancy, but clean and in reasonable condition. Toilets, shower, lavatory, refrigerator and the like all worked. Linens were clean and a cut above most budget hotels, though not needlessly luxurious. We visit family in Omak once or twice a year, and will probably be staying here when we can. "

"Overall happy with stays. Best hotel option around the area except for the smoke in the rooms from the casino. This is something I have to consider heavily when booking a room, so I usually end up staying at the Best Western Peppertree."
