" One of a kind property" has 4 bedrooms 2bath ,4300 sq. ft home on one level. The bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests , we also have a sofa bed {sleeps2} and 2 rollaway beds you can arrange wherever you like. We welcome 2 to 16 guests! 200ft frontage on Taylor Creek. 10 minutes away on water to Lake Okeechobee , We have dock house, fish cleaning station, boat ramp, parking for boats and trailers Excited about installing a mini golf course on property! 1000sq. ft golf green , good for your "short game", chipping and putting. We have clubs etc. for you. We have pontoons available for guests who wish to use. Pontoons are separate agreement from home rental ,we fill out after you arrive, pay us then cash or card.$250 1st day ,$200 each additional ,no other fees,& we pay for gas. Home has 1000sq. ft."Game Room". mini bar , poker table ,pool table, dart board, bumper pool. Large yard with fire pit and plenty of room for yard games, cornhole, frisbees and ,GOLF . Bedroom 1 has king bed and a twin bed, walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has king bed, Bedroom 3 has 3 twin beds, Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top> Kitchen is well equipped for cooking .Over 1 2/3 acres on a beautiful lot on water lined with palm trees. For First few months of "Opening" we are priced @$360 per nite up to 8 guests, $40 per nite for each guest over 8. Children 7& under free so dont include them in # of guests. Truly a "On of a kind".
