We were not aware of the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that amenity. Only 5 min walk to bus station for in town shopping. Host extremely kind, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended. In the New Year’s Day there was special food-Japanese style called Osechi it was great experience for me. All staffs were kind and eager to help me. Parking was easy.
