“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. “The Plough is a good class pub with clean, modern rooms. What makes them special is that it's such a friendly place to stay and the pub food is excellent. We were there for five days and I could have done with a few more to work my way through the menu. We'll also certainly miss their breakfasts. It is situated well for visiting Norwich and the Norfolk Coast. It's true that you can hear the busy road with the window open, but hey, life's a compromise and we'll happily take that.”

“Wonderful property, staff amazing. Only "gripes" are - four poster bed is a *little* small, it's the equivalent of a small double bed. Also, the shower doesn't have much power. It's an older, historical property, so do factor that into a stay. As highlighted above though, the staff were brilliant, and the (included) breakfast was sublime. We will be back! 👍”

“Really loved staying here. I got an upgrade to an apartment... large downstairs room with king size bed and dining area, big bathroom and upstairs a lovely sitting room. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt very welcome.”
