"The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. "

Additionally, more electrical outlets should be installed in each room—especially in the bathroom—to allow guests to comfortably use personal care devices such as hair tools.
