「I didn't like the fact that the lighting in the rooms were very dim. It was dark enough I had to ask for a lamp. The room had a moldy smell to it. Staff was very pleasant.」

「Having stayed at Bayside Apartments previously, I was surprised and disappointed by the condition of the apartment during this visit. The unit was noticeably unclean, the showers were clogged, the air conditioning failed to adequately cool the living room, and the towels, washcloths, and bedding appeared stained and inadequately laundered. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were unacceptable and did not reflect the standard I had come to expect from my previous stay....
