"The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a Suite and it was very roomy. The was a mini bar, electric fireplace and jetted tub. The hotel is close to the metro (about a 4/5minute walk) and central to many attractions and great restaurants within walking distance."

"Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps. Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi but we didn't know that and had used Uber. They just dropped us off and told us where to go!! The sidewalk changed daily depending on construction--not much safety so I had to laugh because no way OSHA in US would approve the construction sites. They are digging around historic building so slow going, but not good for mobility challenged old people. Location in old quebec is excellent however. Loved this hotel and would stay here again. Homemade local breads and croissants for breakfast. Coffee, expresso, cappachinos, or hot chocolate included!!"
