"Room was clean but soap for bathroom sink was empty. Men’s room in lobby needed paper towels which didn’t get refilled while I was there. Breakfast was decent, and the shuttle to the airport was fast and courteous. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Location wasn’t bad but this hotel is off a major highway, and Knoxville didn’t put much thoughts into infrastructure where roads are concerned. Getting in and out was a challenge because of unregulated traffic."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept like a baby. My only suggestion for improvement is to add vending snack machines that accept various payment methods beyond just cash, as well as microwaves in each room. This would make it even more convenient for guests, instead of relying on the single microwave located just past the check-in desk. Other than that, I would gladly stay at this hotel again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling — you’ll enjoy a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel!"

"My bathroom was FULL of knats i couldn't even bathe use the restroomor brush my teeth without killing 20 knats AWFUL...something should be done...there is an amazing decorative lamp on the wall that I could NOT use because there was no outlet close enough to plug it into..outside of that stay was okay. Breakfast was yummy staff was professional and nice...I WOULD stay again"

"This was so disappointing. We were so excited to finally check out this water park hotel on the way home from south Carolina and left early to make sure we had plenty of time at the waterpark. When we arrived we checked in and we're excited to head over to the park. We got all dressed and soon found out that literally the only things open in the entire resort were soaky mountain (they did not offer this for free, it would have been $35 a person) and one water coaster. The lazy river was open and a small pool on the roof. We had come early to spend the day at a water park and this was not a water park. There were not even any slides open. Not to mention the fact that when we booked it there was no notice that most everything was closed and also when we checked in no one thought they might want to mention pretty much everything was closed. We would not have spent this money to go here if we would have known this! This was so deceptive. There are plenty of other nice places that would have been much cheaper to stay in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. We will not be visiting this place again."
