“Awesome location, just a few minutes walk to 5th ave and central park. We stayed at higher floors, room was modern and spacious, and plenty of lamps in the room so we got the option to customize the lighting to our liking. Bathroom had Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus, the lighting was also good. Free bottled water provided. Hallway was quiet at night during our stay even though our room was right next to the elveator. Although we did only stay there during the week day. We got to check-in……

“Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go.

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Nova hotel is a nice very friendly hotel located in the Bushwick / Williamsburg area of brooklyn. If you want something that's isolated and quiet perfect hotel. The staff there are very nice and pleasant and very friendly. The hotel is not too far from a little mini market, a coffee shop around the corner, a deli a pizzeria so you can never complain about food. Would love to see them upgrade their continental breakfast but overall for my weekend stay there I give it a 10 out of 10”

"非常滿意的體驗！今次旅程找了很多價位相同的酒店做比較，在紐約想找到滿意的酒店而是這個價錢，是很難。跟很多大品牌酒店比起來，我發現這間會更出色。
2樓有 休息室，可以免費暢飲咖啡和茶。而且有水機，更備有水樽供客人使用，非常好！！
房間舒適，空間大，很滿意！！
唯一美中不足是沒有早餐提供，向酒店反映了也作出回應，希望下次來會有驚喜！！

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
