"David and Annette were super great and easy to communicate with. The chalet is very dated in terms of decor but I took it as village charm. A nice 10 minute walk to town! Our biggest hurdle was that on our second day there the sewage or plumbing backed up causing the entire back half of the house to smell of urine and feces. The toilets themselves were not plugged. Unfortunately this resulted in most of our guests leaving as the smell was unbearable. "

"This property was in a beautiful setting. Very well kept. The host was so easy to get in contact with. The house had plenty of room. There were 11 of us total. We all had our own rooms that gave us our privacy. Hot tub and fire pit was even an added extra. Such an enjoyable experience. "

"Highly recommend. The house was just as advertised. Perfect location, spacious home and patio, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay there again. "

"There are a ton of brand new features, but you can definitely tell that it has been lived in. There were spots on some of the sheets and one of the lights wasn't connected. But overall it was absolutely beautiful and exactly what was needed for our girls weekend."

"The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups with ease! Has everything you could need for your stay! About a 5 min dr to town! Would definitely stay here again! "

"I would highly recommend this property, the description is true, the location is convenient, and the unit was extremely clean! We did not need to contact the host so I cannot comment on communication. However, I can comment that the Vrbo app did not work properly and I couldn’t find, my rental information on the app. But that’s VRBO, I have had issues with VRBO in the past and I’m not a fan of it. But this property in this host was amazing!"

"We arranged for a reunion of some high school friends who hadn't seen each other in close to 30 years. Our group has a history of camping together in Allegheny as kids and thought it would be a perfect place to re-connect. Pumpkin Hollow was just what we were needing. We weren't looking for anything extravagant as the fire-pit was our main focus and we used it plenty spending the evenings getting to know each other again. This booking was well, well, worth it and if we decide to do this...

"We stayed here with a group of 16 of us and we all comfortably. The house was wonderful and nice & open. It's not too far away from town, but gives a lot of privacy. The upper deck was our favorite and the fireplace. We will deff stay here again!"
