We offer an independent studio, perfect for one person (remodeled in 2022), located on the lower floor of a family home. You will have a private outdoor space, protected by an elegant canopy, where you can enjoy meals, read a book, or simply appreciate the tranquil and serene atmosphere of an adjacent green space. Independent access to the studio (via a side gate, with ramp and handrail). Only the exterior access area is shared.
The independent studio room, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and patio access, is equipped with a SleepFit mattress. SleepFit is a brand of mattresses used by athletes. The SleepFit mattress aims to offer you rejuvenating and revitalizing nights with perfect body support. The textiles and accessories that make up the SleepFit mattress are Oeko-Tex certified, a global certification that guarantees the absence of harmful substances to the body and the environment. Mattress dimensions: 190cm x 75cm.
Outside, you will have a microwave to prepare meals and a Nespresso coffee machine. The first capsules are provided by us.
To provide even more comfort, we offer a beach kit, which includes an umbrella and a beach towel.
You can complement your stay with bike rides, walks, Nordic walking - choose the itinerary for a unique experience.
Access to the room and the outdoor space is only permitted to the guest who checks in.
Inside, various storage solutions are available so you won’t lack space for your belongings. Towels, sheets, shampoo, body wash, hand gel, and toilet paper are provided.
Due to environmental concerns, the room is cleaned with vegan products, and the various available utensils are eco-friendly. Additionally, upon arrival, you will find vegan products (liquid soap, body wash, and shampoo). The toilet has water efficiency. The faucets are equipped with a system to reduce unnecessary water consumption, and the water is heated by heliothermal energy (solar thermal).
The room has air conditioning (Sharp AY-XPC9UMR), blackout roller blinds on the door and window. It has a Wi-Fi access point and is equipped with a 24" LED SmartTV (Android TV) Sharp 24BI5EA (with access to the Vodafone standard package) and a Frame Speaker system from Energy Sistem, to which you can connect a smartphone. Additionally, you have at your disposal an induction phone charger (Legrand Niloé Step), a mini fridge Secret Cool from Klarstein, in which snacks, drinks, medications, or beauty products can be perfectly refrigerated, as well as a Philips hairdryer (Philips Essential Care BHC010/10).
Ah! If you plan to wash your clothes after a day at the beach, no problem. You will have a TEKA TK5 1060 EXP washing machine at your disposal. Detergent for the first washes will be provided.
For parking, you will have access to a public parking lot located just 30 meters from the studio, ensuring the convenience of leaving your car in a reliable place.
