“I actually switched my reservation to Epic Topsail Oceanfront with the property manager, but was never able to get the switch done through VRBO because of technical issues. We really enjoyed the Epic Topsail property and the host was very responsive to our needs. The cleaning of property could have been a little better before our arrival (i.e. silverware drawer was dirty with food crumbs), but nothing we could not handle. There was not a pool at the property where we stayed, so I just put 3……

“The condo was great! The beach access however was blocked off since the stairs to the ocean were “washed away”. The ocean was coming up Andover the stairs. This was disappointing as we we in north topsail beach just in august (a little bit more south) and had no issues getting to the beach ”

“This is a great place to stay. As many others have said, it’s exactly as described, clean and a super comfy mattress in the bedroom. The owner was attentive, positive and very helpful. The kitchen has everything needed, everything was clean and ready to go. Nice beach decor, and a fantastic view of the ocean from the patio. We loved the location - literally less than 4 minutes to the beach (2 sets of stairs and a walkway) - and it’s a lovely beach that wasn’t busy at all (off season). Fossilized……
