"The furniture in the living room was so worn and the cushions were all smashed down like years of use. Uncomfortable to sit on. Walls were all scuffed up and I think because of these things it just didn’t feel clean. One of the beds didn’t have a top sheet so we had to re-make the bed as soon as we got in so that was inconvenient. The cost was right and the elevator was nice and convenient… but the condo looked nothing like the picture. "

"My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

"We were quite disappointed with our stay at the Turtle Shell Bungalows. The room was absolutely filthy!The floors were covered in dirt and grime. The bathroom had black mold and mildew throughout. We had to get cleaning supplies and clean the unit ourselves.The listing notes bicycles are available for use but that is not the case. There are no bicycles there. There were a fee beach chairs but other guests had taken them to their units so they were not available to use.There is no closet or dresser so you will have to live out of your suitcase while there. There was a coffee maker but no coffee for it. The freezer leaked water into the shelves of the refrigerator.This facility could be so much more if the owners cared about it. After our visit we could not recommend this facility. The filthy conditions are not acceptable. We raised these concerns with the owners. They said that they would look into it. "

"Fantastic beach spot! Lovely to be so close to the beach and able to see the intercostal out the front porch! Many thoughtful touches including baby gates, pack-n-play, and supplies for the beach itself. The walk to the beach is easy with a boardwalk behind the house so you don't have to go on the main road. Would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic location, convenient access to beach, clean, a little over a mile walk to restaurants and bars. Kitchen was well stocked. Twin mattress was not so comfortable but other beds were very good. Only real issue was oven side sliding door was hard to shut and could not get it locked. Elizabeth tried to get handyman to work on it but they weren’t available due to the holiday weekend. I would definitely rent again."

"We booked this place for a large group surf trip, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely fantastic and accommodated all of us with ease. One of the biggest wins was that every single bed was incredibly comfortable—which is exactly what you need after paddling out for hours.Speaking of paddling out, the views from the property are spectacular, and the waves were downright epic all weekend. On top of the amazing house, the host was incredibly nice, welcoming, and responsive. If you have a large crew looking for the perfect surf getaway, this is the spot. We will definitely be back!"
