“Excellent and very clean property. My only issue was finding front desk staff. It was hit or miss whether or not anyone would be around. We wanted to buy some items amd we waited so we could pay and after about 15 to 20 minutes, we gave up. The room was excellent and the breakfast was spot on.”

“It's that floor was filthy. Had to clean the floor our. Self. Bath did not drain, right? Bad neighborhood.”

“Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). I called the front desk to let them know we were……

“Usually linens are included with cabin stays elsewhere but here you have linens in your room but are charged $20 for the linens bring there. WiFi was very slow. Nice staff and easy to get in and out of location.”

“The property was so old. They charged my Mastercard for a 50 dollar deposit as well Cockroach in bathtub. Outside of fridge so dirty with rust.No extra roll of toilet paper for bathroom Bathroom door is separating-a terrible stay for the money. I don’t recommend this place at all”

“The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night.”

“The property was dirty everywhere other than the room which wasn't too bad. Pool was closed the whole stay. Breakfast if there was any was egg waffles with jelly and orange juice. When we went about half was through breakfast one time there was nothing. I asked if they were putting anything out and they said no and ignored me after that.”

“Great trip for kids. Wonderful activities like pirates and mermaids at the pool, on the beach, good food on site.”

“We were afraid to walk around without our shoes on in the room. There was throw up on the bathroom door, the fridge sounded like a lawn mower, there was trash stuffed under the bed, and sand in the sheets… from the previous occupants. The front desk was so so rude. It would have been nice to know we had to request a room cleaning by 8am each day, instead of being told it’s too late when we called at 9:30am. Also, rather than spend another night in our room and check out the following morning, we……
