“Very good standard of hotel, with a high end feel. Staff were in the main very helpful, although the first day at breakfast we were not told what the process was, so ended up going up to staff and asking for menu's and ordering. Overall, everything was very good.”

Een verblijf om nooit meer te vergeten. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Het hotel zat zeer centraal en direct naast het Banksy museum. Al met al een heerlijke tijd gehad in Krakau.”

“Location in the heart of Jewish Kazimierz District, lots of nice cheap restaurants around. You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. I enjoyed staying in Rm 14 on the 3rd floor, which has a nice open terrace decorated with beautiful plants! I had my breakfast outside with fresh air and flowers. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary……

“Great location, great room, heck in is a bit complex with key code entry and lock box with double entry. But the instructions were adequate, convenient for all amenities in old town”

“Hotel was very clean, breakfast was a well appointed buffet which had everything you could imagine. My only complaint would be the charge for use of the parking garage, $340 is unreasonable that’s NYC prices or higher.”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“The rooms don't have own hot tub which would of been nice they only have a communal shared hot tub, the rooms are massive over 2 levels and made me say wow when I saw the upstairs, very comfortable, would of been better if they have room with 2 beds without the sofa bed”

“Small no frills hotel. Immaculately clean and bedrooms very comfy. Excellent breakfast with good choice of hot and continental. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby . 15 mins walk into old town- 10 mins to castle and river.”

“While I’m still traveling Europe, I’m currently on my 21st country and this place is one of my favorite places I stayed. A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street.”
