Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water in holiday home IJsselmeerhuys Wellness at Dormio Water Resort Medemblik, suitable for up to six people. This detached Wellness Home in North Holland has three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The usable area is approximately 104 m2. You can completely relax and unwind during your stay in your private outdoor hot tub and sauna. It's perfect for that ultimate holiday feeling!



Generous living room with modern kitchen

The generous living room has a lovely seating area with a smart TV with streaming capability. There is also a dining area and a modern open kitchen with a kitchen island and luxury appliances, including a combination oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.



Furnished patio with private wellness amenities

The French doors in the living room lead you to the furnished patio by the water, where you can savour a delicious meal. You can enjoy your private wellness amenities with an outdoor hot tub in the garden. You can also relax in the sauna with walk-in shower. Moreover, you have a private jetty at your disposal where you can moor your sloop. You can sail straight to nearby villages and through the beautiful surroundings!



Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms is equipped with a bath, walk-in shower and washbasin. The other two en-suite bathrooms have a walk-in shower and a washbasin. Furthermore, there is also a separate toilet on the first floor.



Practical amenities

You can park your car in the private parking space next to the accommodation. You can use the WiFi for free during your stay. The home also has underfloor heating and indoor storage.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Die Ausstattung war super, besonders der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Das Einzige was gestört hat war die Baustelle. Und die Mikrowelle und die Spiegel haben im Haus gefehlt.
