Condo was beautiful!! Very spacious and comfortable just like home! Gorgeous views out on the balcony of the sunrises/sunsets and beach! Will definitely be back!

What’s not to love…

This property and unit was hands down one of the nicest places we’ve stayed, with so many things to do. If you have a busy child who likes a little of everything, Grandparents who have different needs and parents who want to chill, this is the place. Well kept, beautiful views, responsive mgt company and so many elevators that you never waited long at all. So many great things to say. You won’t be disappointed.

LOVE THIS PLACE

The room was perfect. Big enough to fit our large family and the 4th full bathroom is a huge bonus. The building has a lazy river, slide for the kids, indoor pool, outdoor pool, adult only pool, a cafe, a bar, a nice bbq area, and pickle ball. We spent more time at the hotel than we did on the beach. My only complaint is that the elevators took forever. They were pretty much full at all times of the day so it took forever to get from one floor to another.

Beautiful interior decorations

Weather was not great but time spent in 1609 was enjoyed due to breathtaking views of gulf and elegant decor in condo. Clean and very well maintained.

Sister's getaway 2023

Our 3 day getaway was very pleasant. Our only issue was that there are a few maintenance things that need to be addressed but nothing that hindered our stay. Had we stayed longer than 3 days some of the things would have been an issue. The unit was very clean and ample kitchen accessories to be able to cook in for a group of 6. I feel that the unit was a little pricey but well worth it. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Alabama Beauty on the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 1609 at Phoenix West II was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. Four adults stayed here for 10 days and loved waking up every morning to look at the ocean. The beds were comfy, and the living room couch was great to relax on after a day on the beach or sight seeing around the area. The pictures of the condo were accurate except we didn't have a lounge chair on the deck. The kitchen supplies were adequate with the exception of dishes. There were 8 dinner plates and 8 luncheon plates which didn't last us for more than a day or two without having to run the dishwasher. We ended up buying paper plates to use for breakfast and lunch. Parking was easy and the elevators were quick and efficient. You will need a car to get to restaurants, grocery stores and shops since the condo is located at the west end of the beach. We enjoyed this area because the beach was quiet and not crowded at all when we were here the beginning of March. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Condo but won’t rent from the rental company again.

To start we received at email at 2:30 on our check in day that the room was ready. Most companies let you go on in free of charge. Not this one. $50/hour that you arrive early. It was just the principle of the situation so we weren’t going to pay that in addition to our already pricey unit. I asked several other guests at our resort and none of their companies required that. So that pushed us to the 4:00 check in time and it was as pure chaos. It took almost a hours to unload our 2 vehicles bc there were so many people trying to come up from the beach and pools at that time. Fast forward we enter the condo. Read flag! All fans in the entire unit were on. It was super warm and proceeded to get hotter and hotter. The rental company sends maintenance and they have to call an actual AC guy. By about 7:30/8 we finally got it fixed. Whoever inspected the unit prior to our check in knew that air wasn’t working properly and fans clearly were not going to do the job. There was 1 remote in the whole unit that worked on the TVs. Yes we tried new batteries but they didn’t work. Also it was dish and the TVs were dated so if you have kids and want to stream their shows you cannot. The internet which was supposed to be secured was not so therefore everyone was on it. We had awful service the entire time we were there. There was live eucalyptus in the master closet that we had to move to the balcony bc of allergies. Overall the unit was nice and spacious.
