Great Vacation Location

Enjoyed the condo, facilities and location. The condo was very clean and had no clutter. The facilities are clean and continuously maintained as you see people working regularly. The location is perfect for access to all the things you need and within a short drive of anywhere you want to be.

Family Vacation

We picked the property for the kid friendly pool, but ended up spending most of each day on the beach. It seemed to be less crowded than other areas.

DUMP

The pictures did not the present the property. The area rugs were filthy and s tripping hazard. The kitchen faucet was broke as was the master bath shower. There was a large hole in the shower covered by plastic and other tiles missing in the master. The refrig was mixing the door storage. There were large dust particles coming from the disgusting vents. The master bed was like sleeping on concrete. How disappointing. Will never stay there again.

Great Family Getaway

Condo was big and had lots of room, very kid friendly! Had access to 4 different swimming pools! Great location on the beach! We really had a blast! The only downfalls were the beds were super uncomfortable and the door to the balcony was messed up and no one ever came and fixed it

Great place!

Seachase is a great place to stay, especially if you have young kids. The pools are amazing! The condo was very nice too, large and accommodating. The windows had wonderful Florida shutter blinds that helped keep the bedrooms dark which is important to us! My only recommendation would be to add a larger couch, and the glass entry table isn’t very kid friendly but not everyone has kids :) We loved our stay!

Girls' Getaway

This was perfect for our girls' getaway. The kitchen was very user friendly for multiple "chefs." Conveniently located across the road from Walmart, a liquor store & restaurants, and a short distance from numerous souvenir shops. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the beach chairs aren't overpriced. We had a couple bulbs out (balcony, kitchen), and there was sand under the area rugs, so the rugs kept slipping. We just got a broom and took care of it.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained and well equipped.

We all loved this place and would love to stay here again . Very comfortable and has a million dollar view. I would highly recommend this place .Thanks for a great vacation.

Lovely condo with fantastic view

We loved this condo! It was myself, husband and 3 kids age 3-11. Plenty of room, great view, very easy walk down to the beach, pools were great, everything was clean. Washer and dryer in the condo made laundry easy. I also feel like they provided more dishes and cookware than most places. We would definitely book it again. 2 small things, the refrigerator leaked and there was water in the refrigerator drawers that we had to keep cleaning out. I did contact management the first day, but it was not fixed. The other was they provide regular towels, but not beach towels. Not a huge deal, but the first beach place we have stayed at that did not provide them, so just an FYI for future guests. Overall a great experience!

Great condo, great location!

We enjoyed the condo very much. Looked exactly like the pictures posted, was very clean, everything was in working order. The building and amenities are very well maintained. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location and condo

A couple of items need attention. The freezer has a leak which was dripping down into the fridge. There were a number of electrical outlets which don’t work. Wi-Fi and TVs didn’t work. Really liked the condo and with a few small changes could be a wonderful stay.

It was beautiful!

This is probably the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated and looks just like the online photos. Gorgeous views, great location right across from Walmart and several restaurants and stores. We walked quite a bit. Pools at the property were super nice too!

Some small issues

The check in process was very easy once we got there. The property was clean and well taken care of with close access to the beach, which wasn’t crowded. My daughter enjoyed the pool and splash pad area. We saw other reviews that talked about keys to the outdoor closet with beach gear, but we were never given a set of keys. This also made check out confusing when they said to put keys in the lock box. The refrigerator was always covered in pools of water on the inside, seems like it’s not working properly. We did laundry to wash the bath towels and they came out blue from the tide, the washing machine was not properly washing them and they remained covered in soap. Same with beach towels, they were still covered in sand after two washings. Several lightbulbs were burnt out in lamps and the closets were impossible to keep on the track. The patio furniture was very rusty and I was nervous my 3 year old would cut herself out there around the rusty spots all over the patio furniture. The WiFi never worked, we called the number on the paperwork and they came and had us log into a different network but that one also did not work. It would connect and say “No internet connection.” The beds and condo were very clean, the elevators did not take long to pick us up, the rooms around us were quiet and the beach access and pools were amazing.

Excellent Property and Value

Loved our stay at Orange Beach. Property was spacious and clean. Had some mostly cosmetic damage within but nothing that impacted our stay. Washing machine had an issue we noticed when we ran it the first time, and I reported this to the property management who had a service technician there in approximately an hour which was astonishing! They needed to order a part so it wasn't repaired that quickly, but they were very diligent about working with us to access the property without burden on us during our trip. Overall loved the property and the service.

Lots of space for everyone

Six adults stayed for 1 week. Beds were comfortable and floor plan is good. The SeaChase amenities (pools, hot tubs, security, etc) were wonderful. Convenient location across from Walmart market. A few safety concerns: the tiles were loose on the balcony, and the bathtubs are very slippery. They need non-slip stickers and grab bars. The carpet and furniture are a bit shabby. There was only one fry pan, only one dish towel and no dish cloths or pot holders. There was only one key fob. We called guest services to request another, but they said they didn’t have any. Even with these issues, we still enjoyed the property and would stay here again.
