Overall Enjoyable Stay with a few Inconveniences

Pros: - Beachfront! - The bathrooms, showers, and bathtub were all wonderful. - The King and Double room were very nice. - Beds were comfortable! - The ice maker really came in handy! - The Balcony is large with 3 access points and plenty of seating. Cons: - Upon arriving at our check in time the room was not ready. We only had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was still a little frustrating with how specific the check in time is to be standing outside especially considering how hot it was! - Only one elevator was functioning during our entire stay. We had to walk the 6 flights of stairs a few times due to that elevator being serviced or in use. Wait times were extended due to only having one elevator the entire stay. - The gym facility was open the day we arrived and closed the rest of our stay. - Overall the building is a little run down. We were concerned by its rundown appearance until we got to our rental, luckily it was in much better condition than the exterior of the building. - Living room furniture really needs to upgraded! The chairs are worn out and uncomfortable. The couch is uncomfortable and simply too small to accommodate a 3 bedroom property. - We were excited about having a private pier until we found out that the piers attract dangerous marine life! It was also the time of year, but we saw sharks and stingrays around the pier each day of our stay. Overall it was a very nice stay with just a few inconveniences!
