Very beautiful and clean.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed in it. It has great balcony view, and it is close to restaurants and markets. The check-in/check-out process was super easy, and communication with property management was great.

Best vacation experience I've had with condos on the gulf!

This was our first stay at Regency Isle. We loved it! The condo was well stocked with utensils. Check in and check out was the easiest I've ever experienced! The grassy area and grill area were very nice and convenient. I will definitely be back.

Very nice

Very nice and very convenient location, however, there were no hangers for clothes in closets, no coffee filters and the floors were dirty, simply had to be mopped. View was great and the beach attendant was very nice and accommodating. We'll go back !

I was on the 9th floor and my other parter 11th. This made getting to and from the beach with our baby a hassle. We were there 5 days.

Awesome view

Upon arrival the doors look very shabby. They are in need of paint ASAP. The master bathroom had mold around the shower caulking. Other than that the place was super. Great view, right on the beach., beautiful view and not super crowded. I would recommend an inside lock for the door other than the key pad from outside as the housekeeper randomly opened our door at 9:20 to clean on the day of departure. I advised we would depart by 10. She apologized and the 3 of them sat on the sidewalk until we left. A different lock inside would prevent that in the future or they could knock. Lol. Overall good stay .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at the Regency Isle condo. Location was great being walking distance to FloraBama. It's an older building. The condo wasn't dirty, but wasn't super clean either - more along the lines of acceptable or a 6.5 out of 10. They have 1 reserved parking space for a condo that sleeps 10-12 people, and the spot is on the opposite side of the building from the unit. The description of the condo stated that it wouldn't be overly stocked due to Covid, but it was still less than I expected as far as the basics. No hair dryer in either bathroom ended up being an issue for us. The size of the unit was very good. The kitchen was a nice size, and the washer/dryer were all good. The balcony is a nice size. The glass table sticking out near the entry to the master bedroom provided a few bruises. I would definitely consider this unit again for a long weekend trip with friends, but I probably wouldn't bring my family for a week, since it just felt a little unkept compared to other places we have stayed along this part of the coast.
