This condo is incredible. Super spacious and each room has a balcony that wraps around to the main balcony. Extremely nice and homey environment. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others needing a big condo..

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! My family vacations on the gulf at least once a year, and sometimes twice. The home was exactly as described and was one of the nicest condos we've had the pleasure of staying in.

Phoenix IX 1101 is a beautiful condo! Condo is huge and has plenty of space with comfortable amenities. The view is to die for. Location is wonderful and close to the Florabama and restaurants. We cannot wait to book our next stay!

First the property was immaculate and beginning with the security guard at the parking deck ,everyone was very nice and helpful. The properrtty was beyond beautiful on the inside with gorgeous views of both the gulf and the intercoastal. and
