“First of all we didn't get any personal emails so when we got to the location it took 45 minutes to figure out everything. When we finally got to the room, it wasnt cool at all. The fan on the thermostat was set on high, the room was cool, the sheets were damp from the humidity and was gross to sleep on. There were no extra lin”

“We could not have been any closer to the pool, we loved that. This resort is extremely close to Epic, and very close to the other Universal parks and Citywalk. The host quickly responded and met things we requested, very accommodating. We loved easy access to the resort and plenty of parking close to this unit. Check-in was quick and simple. Highly recommend!”

“Everything was great here and a great value for my team to stay at during our conference. However, there were a few things that I had questions about regarding an issue with the fans that were in the unit that were not working. When I reached out to the host for help on the issue, I never got a reply. This was the only complaint that I had and it didn't completely negatively impact our stay. It was more of just an annoyance. Otherwise, everything else was great!”

“The idea of the landing is great but the building needs to do a better job with cleaning and maintenance the apartment better. . The place wasn’t the cleanest , a roach came from behind the stove while cooking , its holes in the doors , the shower makes a weird noise as if water is going to gush out at any moment, one of the window don’t completely close so you can hear all the outside noise . . overall the place is okay. . Keel in mind it is downtown Orlando next to a bus terminal so sleep is……

“The pictures of this listing does not reflect what you are going to get. The accommodation is part of a hotel & suites, which is very very run down. The restaurant & bar are permanently closed, the market place shop is permanently closed. The reception area looked like it was being used as a transit for parcels. The communal swimming pool furniture is mouldy and only fit for the dump. The entrance to the accommodation is dated and the carpeted hallways badly needs to be replaced. The……
