「The breakfast does not begin before 8:30. I had a tour scheduled at 9:00, so the cost for the breakfast was wasted. There was also a problem with the keypad that didn’t accept the code I was given. There was no one there after 6pm to help.」

「The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!」
