We were promised and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up from the airport which never came so we then had to spend 60 USD dollars instead of 40 USD dollars which was stated on Expedia but when we got to the hotel, they actually told us it was gonna be $50 USD. “I have been to many resorts and this is the first time i have had issues with my stay. The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done.
