「Be prepared to live out of your suitcase, no storage, very small casita. Lots of issues with hot water, due to being of grid. Long ways from San Pedro or secret beach so golf cart is a must. 」

「Our family of 5 stayed in two cabins in late December 2023 and had a great time. The cabins were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each had a porch looking out over fields and the Macal River. Manon was a fantastic host. She gave us great recommendations on places to eat in San Ignacio and things to do in the Cayo Region. The Lodge is down a dirt road that is very bumpy (like most roads in the region) and became very muddy because of the rain so we parked about 1/3 mile from the lodge...

Communication during the entire process was prompt, professional, and courteous. The property is stunning, the area beautiful and serene, and the people amazingly friendly. We were taking a walk down the road and a gentleman with two small children stopped and asked if we needed a ride. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again soon !!」
