“The room selected exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well constructed. The staff was friendly. The location was walking distance from the beach, casino,Super Food(major supermarket around the area) and restaurants. We didn’t get to use the pools - because there is the beach! You will not be disappointed if you reserve at the Eagle Aruba Resort. I also forgot to mention that you will not need a vehicle. They have a bus (about $20 per person) that will pick/drop you up from the airport.……

We arrive and still didn’t receive the address, access code to the condo. We called snd messaged expedia. Expedia wasn’t able to resolve the issue with the condo rental. Condo rental company couldn’t find/ confirm my reservation. Expedia only offered us a stay at a local hotel which had1 bedroom, unlike the……

“Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
